This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.1687 of 2022 arising out of Tangi P.S. Case No.152 of 2022, , pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., (Rural) Cuttack, under Sections 498A/302/304-B/34 of IPC read with Section 4 of D.P. Act. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Cuttack, by order dated 28.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account that the consideration by the learned Court was during the occurrence of the investigation, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage.

It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer after filing of the charge-sheet.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
