Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

3. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Direct the opposite parties to fix the grade pay of the petitioner amounting of Rs.4600/- as per clause10 of the Govt. Resolutioin dated 06.02.2013 under Annexure-1-Series from the date of competition of 30 years of service, as deemed just and proper.

(ii) And further direct to the opposite parties to pay the service benefit and pensionary benefit as well as service arrear benefits of the petitioner as per the fixation of grade pay in pursuant to the resolution dated 06.02.2013 under Annexure-1Series".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 06.01.2022 under Annexure-6 to the Writ

// 2 // Petition before the opposite party No.6 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.6 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.6 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
