This writ petition involves the following prayer:- Order No.

"Under the above facts and circumstance of the case, it is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to admit and allow this writ petition and after hearing the parties be pleased to direct the Opp. Party No.2 for early hearing and disposal of the pending Mutation Misc. Case No.1322/1998 pending before the Tahasildr, Bhubaneswar within a stipulated period;

And issue any other appropriate writ / writs, order(s) / direction be passed so as to give complete relief to the petitioner as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper." 2.

It is strange to observe that a Mutation Case filed in the year 1998 is still pending for consideration. This Court, therefore, while expressing its anxiety for the pendency of such proceeding since long, disposes of the writ petition with a direction that in the event the Mutation Case involved herein is still pending, all attempt shall be made to dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.
