This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in C.T. Case No.64 of 2022 in arises out of Thakurmunda P.S. Case No.42 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Thakurmunda, under Section 376(1) of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karanjia, by order dated 06.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taken on record. 6.

Taking note of such statement and keeping in view that charge-sheet has already been filed in the meanwhile on 09.07.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
