Consolidated cause title incorporating the amendment shall be filed by 28th November, 2022 serving copy thereof on the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

Miss Sahoo, learned counsel for the University-Opposite Party No.3 produces a memo along with a copy of the letter dated 30th September, 2022 addressed to the Registrar, Kalahandi

// 2 // University, Bhawanipatna by the Petitioner and submits that the Petitioner has already vacated the quarters since 30th September, 2022.

Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that although the Petitioner has vacated the quarters, the cause of action for filing of the writ petition still subsists as the authorities are claiming rent to which they are not entitled to. 4.

Miss Sahoo, learned counsel for the University-Opposite Party No.3 prays for a short adjournment to take instruction on the same.
