Heard Mr. P.C.Acharya-1, learned counsel for Petitioner and Mr. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Directing the Opp. Parties to fix the petitioner grade pay at the rate of Rs.4600/- from 3.5.2015 in accordance of Clause-10 of Govt. Resolution dt.6.2.13(Annexure-1) and the decision passed in State of Orissa and others vrs. Bihari Lal (W.P.(C) No.2831/2016 decided on 27.06.2016) by modifying the pay fixation order under Annexure-5 and 6 in respect of 3rd RACP only and further direct the opp.parties to pay all arrear in this regard to the petitioner with in a specified period or may pass any other order as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper"

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 02.10.2021 at Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party

// 2 // No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
