Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "It is therefore prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this case and after hearing the counsel of both sides may be pleased to direct the Opposite party no.4 to provide the New Market complex at Golarahat under rehabilitation scheme on the strength of Annexure-2 for the ends of justice;

And further graciously be pleased to pass any other order/orders, which will deem just and proper to this case by disposed the representation 30.7.2022."

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioners on the self same issue vide Annexure-4 series is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.4 to look into the grievance of the petitioners vide Annexure-4 series and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in

the writ petition as well as the development through W.P.(C).No.13172 of 2014 within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioners. "
