Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue Rule NISI calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why the representation dt.11.12.2020 vide Annexure-1 Series shall not be considered Issue writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions by directing the Opp.Party No.2 (Collector, Jagatsinghpur) to consider the representation dt.11.12.2020 anenxure-1 series, sent on dt.11.12.2020 by registered post is pending for disposal for last 18 months regarding given a directing to the Opposite party no.3)Tahasildar, Raghunathpur) to accept the form no.25 (application form for conversion filed by the petitioner no.1) and with all annexures (Annexure-5 series) and after numbering the same, after due inquiry passed a reasonable order. i.

If the Opp. Parties fail to show or show insufficient cause to make the rule absolute.

And to pass such other order/orders and writ/writs which would afford complete relief to the petitioner. And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray.

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioners on the

self same issue vide Annexure-1 series is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioners vide Annexure-1 series and take decision, as appropriate, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioners.
