This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for the following relief:

"In the light of the above fact and circumstances, it is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased toi.

Quash Annexure-7 (i.e. the agreement executed by Opp. Party No.4 with Opp. Party No.5 on dated 29.06.2022 in respect of collection of 'Seat rent from Vegetable market from Vendors under Deogarh Municipal town area)' and Annexure-8 (i.e. the agreement executed by Opp. Party No.4 with Opp. Party No.6 on dated 20.06.2022 in respect of collection of 'Parking & Pindi fees from Vendors under Deogarh Municipal town area)';

And, may pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the fact circumstances of the case;

And for this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Since the Petitioner has prayed for a direction to quash the agreements executed by Opposite Party No.4 with Opposite

// 2 // Party Nos.5 and 6, the same cannot be granted in a writ jurisdiction.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
