3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "To direct the opp. parties it is more particular Opp. party No.4 to fixation my pension in the scale of 5200-20,200/- with Grade Pay 4200/- in 2nd RACP."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.4 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law taking into account the order at Annexure-6, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of
