2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the State.

3. The Petitioner, being represented through his father guardian, has filed this Writ Petition with grievance that he has applied for issuance of a caste certificate in his favour to the Tahasildar, Narasinghpur, (Opposite Party No.1) on 21st July,2022. The

// 2 // copy of such acknowledgement is enclosed as Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition.

4. It is the case of the Petitioner that for want of necessary caste certificate he is unable to take admission in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Mundali in Class-VI, which he claims to have been selected for admission. He is further aggrieved because of delay in issuance of the caste certificate.

5. Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to issue necessary certificate in favour of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order or on production of certified copy thereof by the Petitioner, if there is no other impediment.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
