1. The matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 12.03.2022 passed in MACA No.1001 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the respondent No.3, who is the father of the deceased died on 30.12.2018. However, at the time of settlement, learned counsel for the respondents could not bring the facts to the knowledge of the Court.

4. In such view of the matter, the I.A. seeking modification of the order is allowed.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 12.03.2022 is modified to the extent that the respondent No.3 is deleted and substituted with respondent Nos. 1 and 2. The share of the respondent No.3 be distributed between the respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Other part of the order dated 12.03.2022 shall remain unaltered.

6. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
