1. The Petitioner's representation (Annexure-1series) will be examined by the Commissioner, Berhampur Municipal Corporation (Opposite Party No.2) and after hearing the Petitioner, a reasoned order be passed thereon not later than 1st November, 2022. Copy of the order should be sent to Opposite Party No.2 forthwith for compliance and the Opposite Party No.2 will intimate the Petitioner the date of hearing at least seven days in advance. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
