This application has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 24 of the C.P.C. for transfer of C.P. No. 71 of 2021 filed by the opposite party-husband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhawanipatna, to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Paralakhemundi.

As there are number of typographical error and omissions in the petition, Mr. Soubhagya Kumar Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this TRP(C) with liberty to file a better application.

The prayer is allowed.
