Petitioner in this writ petition effectively assailed the order dated 28th March, 2014 (Annexure-8) passed by learned Additional District Judge, Nayagarh in IA No.1 of 2013 (arising out of RFA No.41/13 of 2/10).

On perusal of the writ petition, it appears that the order impugned herein is of 2014 and instead of filing the CMP the Petitioner has filed the writ petition assailing the said order. Since none appears to pursue the matter today and the same was also the fate, when the matter was last listed on 22nd August, 2022, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. (K.R.
