This Court records the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that R.C.No.55 of 2017 pending before the Commissioner, Land Records and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack not only already admitted, pleadings said to have been also completed. Keeping in view the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Commissioner, Land Records & Settlement-opposite party no.7 to conclude the aforesaid proceeding at least within a period of six months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order by the petitioner provided there is sufficiency of notice on the party likely to be affected.
