Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner, in para-4 of the order dated 10.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.9444 of 2022, the words and figures "Paradeep Model P.S. Case No.227 of 2021" be corrected and rightly reflected as "Paradeep Model P.S. Case No.227 of 2022".

Three weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioner to surrender before the learned court below as per aforesaid order dated 10.08.2022, other terms and conditions in the said order remaining unchanged.
