1. The Petitioners' representation shall be examined by the Order No.
Tahasildar, Anugul (Opposite Party No.4) and after issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as the Opposite Party No.6 - Nagen Kumar Sahu and giving them a hearing, the Tahasildar, Anugul (Opposite Party No.4) shall pass a reasoned order thereon not later than 27th February, 2023 and copy of such order shall be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.
2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
