Heard Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Additional Standing for the Petitioners and Mr. K.P. Mishra, learned Senior Advocate for Opposite Party No.1.

The State functionaries being the Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the order dated 15.11.2017 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No. 1140 of 2016.

It is contended by learned Counsel for the Parties that the order dated 18.05.2012 passed in O.A. No. 2723 (C) of 2008, basing on which the order impugned was passed, was the subject matter of challenge before this Court in W.P.(C) No. 13624 of 2014 and this Court vide order dated 01.03.2017 while dismissing the Writ Petition, upheld the order passed by the Tribunal dated 18.05.2012 in O.A. No. 2723 (C) of 2008.

In view of the above, this writ Petition stands dismissed in terms of the Order dated 01.03.2017 passed in W.P.(C) No. 13624 of 2014.
