This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Mr. A.N. Swain, learned counsel enters appearance on behalf of the Petitioner by filing Vakalatnama in Court today after obtaining consent from the previous learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. The same be kept on record.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the letter dated 11th May, 2022 issued by the Sub-Registrar, Odagaon refusing to register the sale deed presented by him on 26th April, 2022.

Since the Petitioner has a remedy under the Registration Act, 1908 to file an appeal assailing the order of refusal, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage. 5.

Accordingly, this writ petitions stands dismissed. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
