Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Standing Counsel. Perused the records. 3.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 10.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.9458 of 2022 is recalled and the following order is passed. 4.

This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail.

Considering submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. However, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner by the Arresting Officer in connection with Rairangpur Town P.S.Case No.235 of 2022, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
