This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.752 of 2022 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote, arising out of Khallikote P.S. Case No.319 of 2022, for commission of offence under Section 376(2)(n)/294/323/354(B)/506/34 of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Khallikote by order dated 28.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Taking into account that the Petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2022 and filing of the charge sheet on 30.07.2022, this Court

directs the Petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
