This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.26 of 2021 arising out of Sarnkul P.S. Case No.15 of 2021, pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Odagaon, under Sections 498-A/304-B/120B/114/302/34 of IPC read with Section 4 of D.P. Act. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge I/c, Nayagarh, by order dated 19.01.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegations relating to the petitioner, husband, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage.

It shall be open to the petitioner to move afresh after examination of material witnesses.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
