This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Nalco Township P.S. Case No.85 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.355 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Angul in C.T.(S) Case No.191/2022, under Sections 450/376(1) of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Angul, by order dated 25.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement.

Considering the filing of charge-sheet dated 31.05.2022 and that the petitioner is in custody from 25.06.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
