Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Department of Higher Education, Government of Orissa has since extended the benefit of antedating the service as Lecturer in Senior Scale (Geography) and Reader and hence complied with the directions of this Court, thus nothing survives in the present contempt.

3. In view of the above submission, the CONTC is dismissed as infructuous.

4. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified
