This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

On instruction, it is submitted by learned counsel for the State that no F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioner as of now. It is also submitted that the police has not been searching the petitioner. 3.

In such view of the matter, the ABLAPL is not maintainable and accordingly, the same is dismissed.

It is open for the petitioner to approach this Court when the cause of action arises.
