This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call so also no one had appeared for the petitioner on 14.09.2022. The present CRLMC is pending since 07.11.2014 and in the meanwhile around eight years have passed.

In view of above development, it pre-supposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed.
