This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in Sonepur P.S. Case No.137 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.124 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Sonepur, under Sections 273/274/275/34 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sonepur, by order dated 25.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the submission of charge-sheet on 31.07.2022 and the period of custody from 08.07.2022 and keeping in view the nature of allegations and the punishment prescribed, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
