This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Saintala P.S. Case No.100 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.97 of 2022, pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Saintala , Under Sections 395/412 of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of her application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Titilagarh, by order dated 30.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account that the petitioner is a lady and invoking the proviso under Section 437(1) Cr.P.C., this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week between 10:00A.M. to 1:00P.M. The first

date and time of such appearance shall be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
