This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code filed by the Petitioners to release them on regular bail in connection with G.R.case No.112(C) of 2008 pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Motu, corresponding to M.V.79 P.S.Case No.32 of 2008 for commission of the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 121, 120(B), 120(A), 122, 124-A, 302/149 of the Indian Penal Code read with sections 25 & 27 of Arms Act and Section 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners do not want to press this application at this juncture and want to withdraw the same and further seeks a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial within a stipulated period. 5.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the

// 2 // trial Court to make all endevours to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. In the event trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, it is open for the Petitioners to renew their prayer for bail. In the event such bail application is moved by the Petitioners, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the BLAPL is disposed of. 7.
