2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P. K. Parhi, learned ASGI.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "to direct the Opp. Party No. 2 to take all recourse to appoint the petitioner who is an un employed person in the PSA Oxygen Plant of the State.

And/ or may kindly be pleased to pass an order directing the Opp. Party No.2 to dispose of the representation dated 17.3.2022 as per Annexure-2 within a definite time granted by Your Lordships."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.2 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-2 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted representation

// 2 // of the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
