1. Heard Mr. B. Pasayat, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr. B. Panigrahi, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite Party.

2. The Petitioner has prayed for early disposal of the demarcation application filed by her before the Tahasildar, Nimapara-Opposite Party No.3.

3. It is submitted that the Petitioner is the holder of the record of rights in respect of Plot No.206/2580, Khata No.426/563 of mouza-Lobanipur under Nimapara Tahasilr in the district of Puri. She applied for demarcation of her land on 28.12.2021, but her application is still pending.

4. Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner and after hearing Mr. B. Panigrahi, learned A.S.C. for the StateOpposite Party, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to

the Tahasildar, Nimapara-Opposite Party No.3 to take appropriate action in accordance with law on the application of the Petitioner under Annexure-3 praying for demarcation of the land and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of two months, if no other legal impediment is there and the application is within the prescribed format. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

5. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
