The Petitioner by filing this application has prayed for waiver of the condition as to his appearance before the IIC, Chandrasekharpur P.S. every Monday in between 10 am to 2 pm till conclusion of the trial, which has imposed while granting bail to the Petitioner vide order dated 10.11.2022 passed in BLAPL No.7507 of 2022.

3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the date of order, the Petitioner has been abiding by all the conditions imposed on him while granting bail. He further submits that having strictly complied with the said conditions for more than six month; further compliance of the one as to the appearance before the IIC is causing sufferance to the Petitioner and standing harsh as the Petitioner is presently residing at Athagarh.
