1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to the Opposite Parties to issue order of appointment in her favour under Orissa Civil Service (Rehabilitation Assistance) Rules, 1990.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Additional District Magistrate, Koraput has sent a written communication to the Opposite Party No.3- District Education Officer, Malkangiri on 29.11.2019 requesting to look into the matter and take appropriate steps for

// 2 // consideration of the case of the Petitioner under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme within one month. But the said communication has not yet been acted upon by the Opposite Party No.3- District Education Officer, Malkangiri.

5. In such view of the matter, the Opposite Party No.3District Education Officer, Malkangiri is directed to take decision in the matter as requested vide letter dated 29.11.2019 under Annexure-5 by the Additional District Magistrate, Koraput within a period of one month from the date of submission/ presentation of a copy of this order along with a copy of this Writ Petition and the decision shall be communicated to the Present Petitioner.
