This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the Order dated 18.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.36163 of 2021, by which a direction was given to the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner and pass appropriate Order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of the certified copy of the said Order.

Learned Counsel for the State produces a copy of the Order dated 30.08.2022 passed by the Contemnor, in pursuance of Order dated 18.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C). No.36163 of 2021, vide which the representation of the Petitioners has already been disposed of by rejecting the said representation.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners are yet to receive the copy of the said Order passed by the Contemnor. 5.

Learned Counsel for the State undertakes to supply a copy of the said Order on the learned Counsel for the Petitioners in course of the day. 6.

Since the representation of the Petitioners has already been disposed of in the meantime, the Contempt proceeding stands dropped. 7.
