2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "to direct the Opp. Parties to show cause, as to why they should not be directed to release all the increment and consequential financial benefits in favour of the petitioner from the period 20/06/2012 till date;

And/if the Opp. Parties fail to show cause of show insufficient cause, then make the said "rule" absolute directing the Opp.

Parties more particularly opp. party No.3 to release all the increment and other financial benefit in favour of the petitioner within a stipulated period by issuing appropriate Writ(s) in the facts and circumstances of the present case".

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.3 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of

// 2 // the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
