This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

It is submitted by learned counsel for the State that no F.I.R. has been lodged by the complainant. However the Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with allegation under Section 498-A, I.P.C.

However, in the event of F.I.R. is filed, Section 41-A, Cr.P.C. is applicable and the I.O. is directed to comply with the mandatory requirements under Section 41-A, Cr.P.C. 3.
