Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Prayer for modification is allowed. Accordingly, para-10 of the order dated 27.09.2022 is modified to the extent that "The bail granted to the Petitioner is subject to verification of criminal antecedents of the petitioner. If it is found that there is more than one criminal antecedents of similar nature to the present case, then the bail order shall stand automatically revoked." 5.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
