Undisputedly the SRP No.36 of 2018 involves a cause of action Order No.

of the year 1997. Further transaction claimed therein was even of the year 1958. Therefore there is gross delay in undertaking the exercise U/s.15(B) of the Odisha Survey Settlement Act, 1958. There is right rejection of the application for condonation of delay as well as the S.R.P. This Court, therefore, is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition, as entertaining such dispute at this stage will unsettle the settled position in the meantime.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
