This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 14th February, 2014 passed by the learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Bhubaneswar in T.R. No.13 of 2014, taking cognizance of the offence under Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(e) of the P.C. Act, 1988 and Section 109 of I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Giving liberty to the Petitioner to raise all the contentions at the time of framing of charge before the Court in seisin over the matter, this Criminal Misc. Case stands disposed of.
