1. Mr. Sunil Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the CT & GST, Odisha has produced a copy of the letter dated 21st July 2022 addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, CT & GST, Sambalpur by the DGGI, Rourkela Regional Unit stating that the investigation against the Petitioner under the CGST Act "is being closed at this end" in order to "avoid parallel investigation".
