Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.
This writ petition involves the following prayer: "It is therefore prayed that, this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased:
(i) To admit this Writ Application.
(ii) To direct the Opposite parties more particularly Collector, Bhadrak and B.D.O., Basudevpur to take immediate appropriate action and proper enquiry be made over the said work. (iii) To dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner and other villagers as per direction by this Hon'ble Court to O.Ps at the earliest.
And may pass any other order(s)/ direction(s) as deem fit and proper in the interest of justice;
. And for which act of kindness the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation of the petitioner involving the matter vide Annexures- 4 is pending consideration, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.4 to take into account the allegation of the petitioner on the issue involved therein at least within a period of fifteen days from the date of communication of certified copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
