Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 210 of 2022 arising out of Koksara P.S. Case No. 77 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Dharamgarh for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 420/323/370(3)/34 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Dharamgarh by Order dtd.13.07.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, charge sheet has been filed on 26.07.2022 and the period of custody since 30.03.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released

on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

The BLAPL thus stands disposed of.

7.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
