2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

3. The petitioners have filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "To direct the Opp. Parties more specially Opp. Parties No.3 to allow the benefits under 2nd Revised Assured Carrier Progression Scheme (2nd RACP) under Annexure-5 taking into account under Annexure-2 & 3 in favor of the petitioner immediately from the date of notification vide notification No.-9769 dtd.08.06.2015 with all arrear dues".

The Petitioners have moved before Opposite Party No.3 seeking redressal of their grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioners, in accordance with law and

// 2 // taking into account Annexures-2 & 3 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioners.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
