Heard Mr. P.C. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

On perusal of the report dated 05.09.2022 submitted by the learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore, it appears that the Criminal Proceeding No. 266 of 2012 was posted to 23rd September, 2022 for hearing of arguments.

On instruction Mr. Mishra submits that the matter could not be taken up for final arguments on 23.09.2022. In such background, he prays that a direction be given to the learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore to dispose of the Criminal Proceeding No. 266 of 2012 within a specific time limit.

Since the matter is already at the final stage, this Court directs that the learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore to make all endeavour to dispose of the above noted case in accordance with law preferably within two months, if there is no other impediment. 5.

Accordingly, this CRLMP is disposed of.
