1. There are two prayers in the present petition. The first prayer has been rendered infructuous.

2. As far as the second prayer is concerned, the representation made by the Petitioners under Annexure-9 series should be considered afresh by Opposite Party No.2-Collector, Balasore after issuing notice and hearing the Petitioner as well as Opposite Party No.5 and an appropriate order should be passed in respect of the said prayer not later than 6th June, 2022.

3. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
