1.This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction of this Court to the Opposite Parties to provide the promotional benefits to the petitioner who is serving as a Lecturer (Group-A)/ Reader (SS), as a Lecture of Zoology in Surajmal Saha Mahavidyalaya, Puri as per Placement Rule, 2014 and also to prepare the pay fixation of the petitioner under Odisha Revised Scales of Pay 2017.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the matter was called on 28.07.2022 he could not appear due to his personal difficulties. So, this CMAPL has been filed for restoration of the Writ Petition.

5. Considering the submission, the order passed in W.P.(C) No. 9470 of 2022 is hereby recalled and the Writ Petition is restored to file.
