This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to count the past services rendered under Non-formal Education Scheme, Sikhya Sahayak and Junior Teacher Scheme prior to 01.01.2005 for the purpose of bringing him under the coverage of Odisha Civil Service (Pension) Rules, 1992 and to allow him to avail the benefit of GPF and GPF Rules, 1938, as his initial engagement was prior to the cut-off dated, i.e., 01.01.2005. 3.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-6 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-6, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
