Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 779 of 2021 arising out of Salipur P.S. Case No. 282 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Sallipur for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 394 of the I.P.C. and 25 Arms Act.

Perused the Case Diary as submitted by learned counsel for the State.

It is noticed that both the petitioners have criminal antecedents of similar nature, which has also been noted by the learned court below.

Taking into account the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands rejected.

8.

It shall be open to the petitioners to seek for bail after commitment.
