This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

Heard Mr. D.K. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. S.K. Samal, learned Additional Government Advocate and Mr. A. Das, learned counsel appearing for N.H.A.I. 3.

According to Mr. Sahu, the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the authorities in considering his case while attempting to disburse the compensation amount without verifying the actual beneficiaries vis-à-vis the land which has been acquired, which according to him include the present petitioner.

During course of hearing, Mr. Sahu wants to withdraw this writ petition as he wants to approach the competent authority under Sub-Section (4) of Section 3H of the National Highways Act, 1956 for redressal of the grievances of the

Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos. 514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
